Hey guys! I suppose Christina Applegate has made it a habit to remain in news and that too for all the good reasons. This star whom we still remember as Kelly Bundy from the yesteryears comedy show Married With Children, has never stopped to amaze her fans with her pure hard core professionalism and survivor tactics. So it is no wonder that the popularity of this lovely lady is increasing with each passing day.

This time, Christina has made it to the front pages due to her next upcoming project. Apparently, the wonderful actress from Married With Children TV show, has consented to star in a show that is aimed at imparting knowledge about the Jewish culture to Jewish-American kids. The show which is to be produced in the Sesame Street-style is named Shalom Sesame.

Reportedly, the show is going to be a 12-part series and its target audience is going to be preschoolers. The show is supposed to feature the globe-trotting Muppet Grover, who will be seen exploring Jewish identity and traditions. It has also been reported that the series will be shoot on location at various Israeli sites, including the Western Wall.

Besides our favorite sibling from Married With children TV show, the other stars who have reportedly agreed to be a part of the show include Debra Messing, Greg Kinnear and Cedric the Entertainer. Although it is being said that Ben Stiller would also join the cast, his confirmation for the same is still awaited.

This is not the first time that people will be seeing Shalom Sesame. The show was earlier produced for the first time in 1986. At that time, it sold more than 1 million copies on video and DVD. However, the new version of the show is supposed to deal with more diverse issues for Jewish children. It will also be supplemented by an interactive Web site and other outreach resources.

Fortunately, her doctors diagnosed cancer at an early stage otherwise it could have been life-threatening. Reportedly, throughout her trauma she had been supported by her boyfriend, Martyn Lenoble. He firmly stood alongside her as her source of strength and didn’t stagger during this process.

Undoubtedly, she proved that she could not only fight against cancer but also triumph over it. This announcement has definitely helped in her recovery and infused her with a feeling of positivism towards life. Appreciation itself is a key of motivation and medicine to every sickness as well.
