The season 5 of the Married with Children was premiered on September 23, 1990 and ended on May 19, 1991. The fifth season of the series had twenty five episodes in it. Almost all the episodes of the series were directed by Gerry Cohen except for three episodes that were directed by Linda Day, they were ‘Kids! Wadaya Gonna Do?’ and ‘You Better Shop Around’, Part 1 & Part 2. The people who guest starred in this season were Pamela Anderson in episode named ‘Al… with Kelly’, voice actor from Simpsons Dan Castellaneta in the episode named ‘The Dance Show’, Ted McGinley who made an appearance in the episode ‘Married…with Who’, Matt LeBlanc in the episode named ‘Top of the Heap’ and John Byner in the episode ‘Route 666′. The main attractions of this season were that Bud loses his virginity; Marcy, in one of the episodes, gets up only to find that she is now married to Jefferson D’Arcy.
