The third season of the married with children was premiered on November 6, 1988. The third season of the series also had twenty episodes in it. The third season began with Al cleaning his attic. While moving his boxes he comes across a copy of book called “The Little Engine That Could” that he had borrowed from the school library and should have returned to the library in 1957. At the spur of the moment he decides to return it to the library but the moment he enters the library he finds the same fat Librarian that was there in 1957. Al was always scared to face this librarian. Will he overcome his childhood fear and face the librarian?
In the next episode, all of a sudden Peg becomes a fan of Elvis Presley after she meets a man in the mall that looks exactly like the King. Her obsession goes to the extent that even a pit stain on Al’s shirt seems shaped like Presley to her. When all the Elvis fans then start paying them a visit Al must handle the crowd of fans.
In the next episode, it’s the father and the daughter who are after the same boy. A guy named Matt also a football player is threatening Al’s record of scoring the most touchdowns in a single season. Al then tries his level best to keep the boy from breaking his football record. On the other hand, her daughter has fallen for Matt and in order to impress him and catch his attention she becomes a part of the Cheerleading team. Will she be able to catch his attention and manage to get a date with him?
In the next episode, all the three men decide to spend a weekend in the woods but on their own, leaving behind the women at home. While the men are away fishing, the women self invite themselves to the woods. When they get back, the surprise comes as a shock to them and above all they get more frustrated when they come to know that Peg, Kelly, and Marcy all are having their periods at the same time. They then decide to back home and on their way back home they encounter a bear, who Al tries to get rid of in the most hilarious way ever.
In the next episode, Al decides to build a spare bathroom, when the upstairs toilet floods once too many a time. He decides to build a new one in his garage and that also the one that he has always imagined of. [Read More...]
